Treatment basis and purpose
We collect your regular contact information, such as name and address, and pass it on to be able to deliver the product you purchased from us. We will collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment settlement and fulfilment of the agreement entered into.
If you do not want to disclose the personal data required to purchase a product, you will not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
The personal information is registered with Hagelens IVS and stored for 5 years, after which information is deleted.
Your information will be deleted 5 years, after you received your item.
Other recipients of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, phone number and e-mail address will be provided to our shipping company, PostNord or GLS for the purpose of delivering your purchases.

We have our webshop and payment system through Bambora / Epay, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our site will be stored in Bambora / Epay data centers.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies treat information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.

If product descriptions and user manuals are available for the product, these are included with the delivery from Hagelens IVS.

Delivery time and transport
Delivery of goods from Hagelens IVS is considered done when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of goods takes place with Post Danmark, GLS or DAO Delivery time 1-3 days.
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Buying Act apply to the purchase of goods applies.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months. Contact us before sending the item.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation.
The risk of goods purchased by Hagelens IVS is transferred to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. Complaints and any errors or deficiencies in delivery from Hagelens IVS must be invoked in a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. It is your duty to indicate and, on request, show how the error or defect is expressed. If you find a fault, you should quickly contact Hagelens IVS.
You can basically only complain about errors that appear no later than two years after you have received the goods.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) freight costs. The product must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Price and payment
You can order your goods online and pay with Visa / Dankort, MasterCard and bank transfer. All prices in Hagelens IVS - on the web site https://hagelens.com - are incl. VAT.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is first raised on your card when the item is shipped.
By bank transfer you are not protected by the opposition scheme.
If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the opposition scheme. Read more about the terms on the PayPal website.
The Hagelens IVS provides 14 days of right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive your goods.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline implies that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to email@example.com.
You cannot regret the purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us notice at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items with us, you have the option of returning one or more goods, even if they are purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded freight costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Once you have informed us that you will cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You have to pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if damage occurs during transportation.
The item's condition when you return it
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it differently than was necessary to determine the nature of the item, properties and the way it works, you can only get a portion of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the merchandise's commercial value, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the freight costs back.
We recommend that you return the product in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item
Repayment of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount that you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not, however, apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery form than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you will cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same payment method that you used at the time of the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.
